Transcoder has stopped/frozen




If your transcoder stops, this is usually due to a change in stream format, for example the sample rate or channels (bitrate changes are normally ok as long as the sample rate and channel settings remain the same)

If this happens then you can log in to the control panel and go to Transcoders, you will see a link to restart your transcoder.

If this doesn't work then open a support ticket so that we can manually restart your transcoder.
