Our customer area is temporarily offline as a precaution following the disclosure of a serious security vulnerability affecting PHP, the software used to run our billing and customer management system.

We are currently awaiting the release and availability of the necessary security updates from our server software providers.

This is a preventative measure. We have no indication that our systems or customer information have been compromised.

Our hosting and streaming services remain operational and are unaffected by this temporary closure.

We apologise for the inconvenience and will restore access as soon as the required security updates have been installed and verified.
