Cast Control is a third party application and has not been developed by Bell Online Ltd, therefore, Bell Online Ltd takes no responsibility for any problems caused by the use of Cast Control or failure of the licensing servers for which we have no control over. It is the client's responsibilty to ensure that the server that Cast Control is to be installed on is suitable for the installation.
Refunds
Payments made for software liicenses are strictly non-refundable regardless of whether the license has been used for an installation.
Installation
Bell Online Ltd offers an installation service for £7.99. To qualify for the installation service, the server or VPS must have the following services installed:
Apache or similar web server with PHP
MySQL database
Ability to run Ioncube
SSH access
If the above services are not installed on the system then we can install them at the normal consultancy rate of £15 per 30 minutes or part thereof.
As there are so many different server setups and operating systems, we do not guarantee that Cast Control can be installed on your system. If we are unable to finish the installation, the installation fee (£7.99) will be refunded in full.
Bell Online Ltd accepts no responsibility for downtime or any losses caused by the use of Cast Control.
