Does my streaming account have a transfer limit?

No, your only limits are the bitrate at which you can stream and the number of slots. Some streaming providers impose extra transfer limits on accounts, for example 500GB - and although it sounds a lot, 500GB a month would only allow you to support an average of 12 listenersat 128kbps if broadcasting 24 hours a day. With MixStream, what you pay for is what you get.

If you only plan on streaming for a few hours a week and want to save some money, then we can set up a streaming account with limited transfer - please contact us for info.

Please note that customers on the value bandwidth network may be subject to an acceptable usage policy.
