AutoDJ is not starting

There can be several reasons for AutoDJ not starting, below is a list of possible causes:

1) Unusual characters in server title and other settings (it is best to use alpha-numeric characters, most other characters work but some don't)

2) Errors in playlist - this can be spelling errors, but also note that they are case sensitive.

3) Playlist file uploaded in wrong format. Customers that have accidentally uploaded in Binary format have reported errors. Please ensure that your playlist files are uploaded in ASCII format in your FTP client. There is usually an Auto option for upload formats, that should work best in most cases. If you upload via the web form, then this shouldn't be a problem.

This will be updated if and when we find other reasons for AutoDJ to not start
