Refund Policy


We operate 14 Day Risk Free Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then you have the right to a full refund within the first 14 days of your contract.

There are a few exclusions, we cannot refund the following:

  • Domain name registration or transfer fees
  • Setup fees (once the service has been activated)
  • Overage fees (in the case that you have exceeded the stated limits on your account)

Automatic renewals are also excluded from our refund policy, you must follow our cancellation guidelines in order to cancel a service - once renewed we cannot send a refund.

Refunds will not be given to any customer that contravenes any other terms and conditions.

To claim a refund, open a support ticket here. Refunds will be processed within 7 days. Refunds can only be sent to the card, PayPal or bank account used to make the initial payment.
