I have ordered but not received my login details, why?

Account details are sent out instantly once payment is received for Shoutcast and AutoDJ accounts. If you have not received your details then there is a chance that your spam filter may have blocked the email. If this is the case then you can log in at https://secure.mixstream.net to view your email histroy.

If you order transcoding or dedicated server hosting then there is a set up time, you will be contacted within a reasonable time.
