I just completed my payment. Why does my order show as Pending?

This is perfectly normal. Most services are set up instantly once payment is received (excluding resellers) and your server details will be sent straight away. However, in the billing area it is normal for the order to show up as Pending for a few hours until it is manually verified and accepted. You can start using your service straight away!
