Thank you for your patience, service seems to be back to normal now.
The cause was a very large DDoS attack on the network which has been filtered.
Our USA Premium network servers are hosted in New Jersey which has been badly hit by a hurricane. This has resulted in the outages of different internet carriers which is affecting our servers in that location and causing loss of connection – about an hour ago, we lost the lastworking link so there is now a complete outage.
The staff at the datacentre are working on getting service back to normal but unfortunately there is no ETA currently.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this but I’m sure you can understand the sitution.
