The issue with uk4-vn is now resolved. We have moved the server to a new location.

Unfortunately this has resulted in a permanent IP change. We have updated the DNS so if you use the hostname ( in your source and links then you don’t need to make any changes.

We have experienced major issues today with UK4-VN

This was a result of changing to new hardware, the new machine was set up but when the IP was transferred over it became unreachable.

We have set up a temporary IP for the server and so that you don’t need to change your settings we have updated the A Records accordingly so that it can still be accessed from

If you use the IP to stream or link to your server then please change it to as we hope to revert back to the original IP once the issue is resolved.

Please note that it may take a little time for your server to be available again due to DNS caching. If you are still unable to access the server then please try this:

The server reinstall is complete but as there were some disk error messages during the reinstall, we have decided to replace the hard disk.

This will unfortunately result in some more downtime for approx 30 minutes, but this is to ensure stability in the future as it would need replacing eventually.

There is currently a network issue affecting several servers (see categories) with significant packet loss. This is being worked on and the datacentre staff should have the issue resolved shortly.


EDIT: I’ve called the datacentre and they have their engineers looking in to this. We don’t have any idea of how long it will take before normal service is resumed but we will update you here as soon as we know.
