In order to make improvements to our statistics, we will be performing maintenance which will result in Shoutcast servers on the premium network being restarted. This will result in a minute or so of downtime.
This will allow us to display the statistics you require for reporting in a more user friendly way, you will no longer need to run reports as the new system will get the stats automatically at the end of each day.
Maintenance schedule:
Date: 4th April 2013Time: 2AM BST (GMT+1)
Expected downtime: < 1 minute
The same will be applied to value network servers in the coming week.
Sorry about the late notice, but you may experience some short intermittent issues for a few minutes due to datacentre maintenance.
This should only affect uk2-pn and uk3-pn.
If your server is affected then please don’t open a support ticket as it will come back to normal shortly.

We are making some changes to the mailing list and need to delete all of the emails that are currently registered. Service updates were previously hosted on the same WordPress site. This resulted in 1000s of email addresses being hosted on the mailing list which has started to slow down delivery of important announcements – sometimes by several hours.
