Please do not open a support ticket about the uk2-vn and uk3-vn outage – we are working on this.

 

The servers will be back up asap, opening a ticket won’t speed things up

Unfortunately, despite assurances by the provider that they could reassign the IP to a new server, it turns out that they cannot do this so the maintenance is cancelled for now. Further updates will be made in the next few days.

I’m hoping that we can get the IP for uk3-vn transferred to the new more powerful server tonight. This will most likely result in a short downtime but once the work is complete it will mean an end to the recent problems that customers on this server have experienced.
