It seems like the gremlins have taken over the server and it remains unstable so we are going to perform a reinstall of the server tonight in order to get service back up and running in the next few hours.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this but we have exhausted other options such as checking hardware and looking for software issues.

All accounts should come back online once the reinstall is complete but the very small number of customers with intro/backup files may need to contact us to get them re-activated (if you don’t have the MP3 any more then please re-open the original ticket with the file attached).
