We have unfortunately experienced a hardware failure on uk3-vn which required the provision of a new server. In order to get service back up as quickly as possible, we have had to change the IP address of the server. This should not affect most customers, however if you connect or link to the IP address then please update your settings accordingly. You can login to the dashboard to obtain the new IP.
We have checked all servers hosted on uk3-vn to verify that they are functioning correctly, but there is a chance that you may need to wait for the DNS settings to update for you before being able to connect. This should take no longer than a few hours at the very most. If you continue to have issues then please open a support ticket.
